Garden makeover: Twenty nine days and £243 (part II)

Garden makeover: Twenty nine days and £243 (part II)

A week or so ago, I shared the 'before' shots of our garden. It was an unloved space. Untidy, lacking in anything pretty and absent of any colour. Boring, boring, boring! With the £243 kindly offered to us by Homebase (£243 is the average amount that a customer spends on a room makeover), we wanted to make our garden a bit more of an inspiring and relaxing space. To keep the project manageable, we decided to focus on three things - creating a recognisable border, planting lots of lovely flowers, and sprucing up the lacklustre fence. It took a fair amount of time and hard work (and waiting patiently for the rain to stop) but we finally finished (for now). And we love it!
